Okay down to business:

First the good stuff<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la" />:

The shading of the base is very good but could use a little texture to is.

The shading on the emote and the lollipop is awesome, i lurve your shading style<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la" />

The circular shape of the snow globe is very clean.

Your attention to detail is good, I like how you made the snowflake darker on the left<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la" />

The not-so-good stuff:

The contrast of the snow on the ground is a little too high.

The green reef is too dark and not very distinguishable from the dark color of the snow globe.

The little white dot near the emote's mouth is very annoying to me, but i guess that is a personal thing<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la" />

And lastly the animation is VERY choppy, and I can't tell if the snowflakes are moving up or down<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="18" height="15" alt="" title="Confused" />

Overall the work put into the detail is good, but the time spent on the animation is small, I am guessing. This idea is pretty original, though I have seen some like it<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />
